Supporting New Charities Through Stanhope Foundation

Morrisroe Group is proud to support Stanhope Foundation as a Lead Corporate Partner for the second year running.

Last year, our fundraising efforts contributed to a total of £530k raised for the three charities supported by Stanhope Foundation: St Mungo’s, The Prince’s Trust and Maggie’s. The donations received have helped thousands of people on their journey into employment and enabled hundreds of hours of engagement to raise awareness for the charities’ causes.

The Foundation has seen a remarkable first year of events and generosity from our industry partners. The support we have given so far has already made a significant impact to vulnerable people across London as our charities have worked hard to help people find hope and pride through meaningful employment.

This year, three additional charities have been selected to receive support from Stanhope Foundation. Elected through the partner vote, they will be working with Construction Youth Trust on their programmes for the next three years, and will also be giving donations to Mencap and Mayor’s Fund for London.  

Morrisroe Group supported a range of fundraising initiatives in aid of all foundation charities this year, including a Christmas Gift Drive and the Stanhope Foundation’s golf day, attended by Houston Cox MD Andy Beckett, helping Stanhope to raise an impressive £45,000. The funds raised this year through corporate donations will contribute to Stanhope Foundation’s total fundraising target of £1 million by the end of 2023.
