Sat between Little Venice and Marylebone, West End Gate is a tranquil residence comprising light and airy apartments and landscaped gardens.
Each apartment boasts refined finishes, plush furnishings and impressive balconies, resulting in a comfortable, contemporary living space.
For Blocks A, B and D of this carefully considered project, we carried out joinery works. The scope included more than 400 apartments, including penthouses, shared ownership and social rented accommodation.

For Block A, which comprised of 306 private sale apartments in a 30-storey tower, we worked on floors and doorsets, ranging from Danskin subfloors and timber engineered flooring to timber and metal riser doorsets. Communal postboxes and doors were also installed, as were bathroom cabinets, wardrobes and skirtings. Finally, we successfully completed the penthouse apartments fit-out.
Blocks B and D featured fewer apartments - 109 in total - in two 10-storey towers. There, we also installed similar subfloors and doorsets along with ironmongery, window boards, cabinets and cupboard shelving.
