Early contractor engagement has become something of a mission for Morrisroe in collaboration with design practice Kingscote Design.

Brian comments: "The sector has been impacted by significant delays in the planning process, particularly in relation to the requirement for the second staircase and the Building Safety Act generally. We envisage being able to support our clients in this area and are aiming to get the message out there to our clients in multiple ways, most recently by investing in the launch of a dedicated website for our structural design practice. We want our clients to be able to leverage the specialist knowledge and experience that we have to reduce embodied carbon and assist with the requirements of the Building Safety Act."
