COVID-19 Site Operating Procedures

So that we could stay safe as well as operational during the pandemic, the CLC COVID-19 Task Force developed a new set of site operating procedures. These fairly extensive procedures needed to be rapidly understood and communicated to the workforce across all project sites.

Our use of film as a medium for communicating extensive and often complex guidance to our workforce has in the past proven to be very effective, particularly where the English language may be a barrier. Our safety department was able to quickly convert the CLC guidance document into a more engaging instructional film and liaised with the CLC COVID-19 Task Force to ensure that the final production aligned with Government messaging before it was shared with the sector.
